The Caliber Collection Supports Newark's Gun Buyback Program

The Caliber Collection is a bracelet line made from melted down guns acquired through Newark's gun buyback program produced by jewelry designer Jessica Mindich's socially conscious company Jewelry For A Cause.

Recently, the Caliber Collection and Mindich teamed up with MTV and Snoop Lion to create a Caliber Collection bracelet to raise awareness on the issue of illegal weapons in the USA.

Jewelry For A Cause donates the proceeds from the sale of each Caliber Collection bracelet back to the Gun Buyback Amnesty program in Newark, New Jersey. Thus far, Mindich has already been able to donate $60,000 to the city, earning recognition from Newark mayor Cory Booker.
