This Mercedes-Benz ad titled Hair and Colleague by Egg Films’ Bruno Bossi with the message ‘The Best or Nothing ‘will make you laugh your socks off.
The director captures an elderly guy in his Mercedes-Benz full of smiles enjoying his ride. The ad starts off tranquil and quite sophisticated. Then the guy swerves his fingers through his hair and his alarm goes off, only to realize his mind was wandering and his actually has a bold head. Through this ad Bossi creates a hilarious mind-wandering ad technique that can be embraced by other film makers too. It’s clever and it as potential to be shot with carious concepts.
The ad was conceptualized by ad agency Net#work BBDO’s and won an award for its award-winning radio campaign for Mercedes’ Attention Assist which is a well deserved win. Well done guys.
