Brandy Chronicle Packaging Came From Repurposing Periodicals

The particular appeal of Brandy Chronicle packaging was not that it was tailored to the product, but rather that it was appropriated in a way that is playful and conveniently aesthetically fitting. The flyer-wrapped bottles of distilled spirits served as client gifts for the Polaris studio of Ukraine.

The in-house design team picked up their first issue of the Brand Chronicle Newspaper, added the letter Y to the end of the first word and scribbled an indication of the contents in red pen. They then ripped the sheet of printed paper into two and used the upper portion as the label. This part was glued to the glass and the other was used as a rolled envelope to give Brandy Chronicle packaging a lighthearted and recycled gift-wrapped appearance.
