The Pencil Bench by Boex is a wooden bench that has over 1,000 hot pink pencils in place of a cushion.
"We designed this award winning, quirky bench to incorporate an everyday office object into a piece of furniture," Boex wrote.
For me, the intrigue is all in the design. I don't think this is really something anyone would want to sit on. Literally getting a pencil up your butt? No thanks. But looking at a row of 1,600 perfectly aligned, hot pink pencils, each individually sprung on beautiful chocolate-brown stained wooden legs? Any time!
