Fans of Outback Steakhouse's iconic Bloomin' Onion will soon have a new way to enjoy the dish in the form the restaurant's new Bloomin’ Fried Chicken.

Though Outback Steakhouse is known for its steaks, the chain's Bloomin' Onion has always been a fan favorite. Now Outback is applying the same formula to fried chicken with its Bloomin’ Fried Chicken. This supersized dish consists of a boneless chicken breast that's been hand-battered in Outback Original Bloomin’ Onion seasoning. The chicken is then deep-fried until golden and finished with a drizzle of the signature spicy bloom sauce. If that weren't enough, the whole thing is also served with mashed potatoes and fresh veggies.
