GoDaddy and MLSE Support Black-Owned Small Businesses

GoDaddy and MLSE are continuing their longstanding partnership with a new initiative that supports Black-owned Canadian small businesses.

The 'Small Business Big Impact' campaign features a series of inspiring videos with Jamaal Magloire, community ambassador for the Toronto Raptors. Each video highlights one of three small business owners: Kerin John of Black Owned Toronto, Dana Baker of Zoe Marie Cosmetics, and Cory Hudson of HUDS-ON Woodworking. In addition to the video series, GoDaddy and MLSE are providing each business with a $10,000 grant to continue growing.

Anne De Aragon, Vice President and Country Manager of GoDaddy Canada, commented on the launch: "We are excited to be continuing our partnership with MLSE and the Toronto Raptors to support Canadian small business owners. It has been so inspiring to see the resiliency of small business owners over the past year, including Black Owned Toronto, Zoe Marie Cosmetics and HUDS-ON Woodworking. With the support of MLSE and the Toronto Raptors, we are honored to be a small part of these entrepreneur’s journeys and provide them each with $10,000 to support their dreams."
