Ferrari Will Auction a Car to Benefit Victims of the Italy Earthquake

The Ferrari LaFerrari is a coveted supercar, so the brand is now adding an additional one to the production line to benefit victims of the Italy earthquake.

Chairman and CEO of Ferrari Sergio Marchionne announced that while 499 LaFerraris were set to be created, an additional vehicle will be made to bring the total to 500. The additional vehicle -- valued at $1.416 million MSRP -- will be auctioned off to help benefit victims of the earthquake in Italy that took place on August 24th.
