It was a happy day when I posted about the Top 21 Innovations in Beer. However, it hasn't taken me too long to find the latest innovation in beer: Beer Jello!

Leave it to our friends at Kilan Nakamura to discover that the Japanese have invented, "a gelatin desert that is based on, smells like, and tastes like (you guessed it) Yebisu Premium Beer." This is just another reason why this is becoming one of my favorite sites for cool Japanese innovations.
