The Bedford by Martha Stewart at Paris Las Vegas will officially open its doors on Saturday, August 13th. Fresh ingredients from local suppliers are used to create The Bedford's menu, created by Martha and her team of experts.

Inspired by Martha Stewart's famed country farmhouse, the restaurant features French-inspired cuisine and a combination of Martha's favorite recipes. Some standouts from the menu include Whole Roast Herb Chicken, Martha’s Smashed Baked Potato, and Classic Niçoise Salad -- to name a few.
