The Everything Donut is a hybrid bagel donut that opts for both sweet and savory flavors borrowed from both pastry treats and fused together to form one ultimate gluttonous treat. The donut is a sweet spin on the classic everything bagel with a mix of spices and seeds as well as sweet elements.
The Doughnut Project recently put together the hybrid dessert that creatively is decorated to look and taste just like an everything bagel with slight texture amendments. The dessert is made with a yeast donut base for a denser consistency that is closer to that of a bagel. The donut is then topped with a cream cheese glaze and dipped in spices such as poppy seeds, sesame seeds, sea salt and pepitas.
