Audrey Kawasaki fans are in luck, because the multifaceted artist is releasing a limited edition of wooden, painted brooches carved with a laser.

While these intricate brooches were designed by Kawasaki, she also had the help of Bryan Cowe, who engraved and prepared them. According to Kawasaki's online journal, the brooches, from conception to completion, took about one year to make.
