Inaugural Art Concept Spaces

STANDART Opens Up a Platform for Experimentation in Cologne, Germany

A new art concept space has opened in Germany and it is the first of its kind in the region. Located in Cologne -- "a 2,000-year-old German city renowned for its High Gothic architecture," STANDART will offer a platform that will proper design, fashion, art, and street culture forward in meaningful ways. The art concept space is a collaborative effort between Andy Chiu and Lukas Podolski (the latter is a German football legend).

STANDART inserts itself boldly into the city's fabric. While Cologne's architecture is striking in-and-of-itself, the store's modern demeanor surely proposes an agreeable juxtaposition that allows the styles to thrive off of one another.

The art concept space features a gallery and a cafe. However, STANDART also offers a few retailing options for brands of the likes of Visvim, John Elliot, ACRONYM, and more.
