Arla Food Ingredients Has Unveiled Nutrilac® FO-7875

Nutrilac® FO-7875 has been released by Arla Food Ingredients as a whey protein ingredient that can be used for increasing the protein level of yogurt products, while still adhering to clean label requirements.

The ingredient is being produced in Argentina and is reported to deliver smooth, creamier texture when compared to traditional low-fat recipes. The product doesn't require additional stabilizers to be used, which enables it to be perfect for products that have a cleaner recipe.

Application Manager, South America at Arla Ignacio Estevez commented on the launch saying, "Nutrilac® FO-7875 meets a range of market needs. It can be used to create clean-label yogurts that are not only rich in high-quality protein, but also low in fat, as well as smooth and creamy. This combination of benefits will allow even more manufacturers to expand their lines to include premium products that enhance brand image. We’re particularly excited about the unprecedented opportunities it offers in South American markets, where manufacturers will benefit from reduced transit time and no import fees."
