Sustainable Floating Mansions

The 'ArkHaus' Offers a Luxury, Multi-Story Experience

The 'ArkHaus' has been designed by Sam Payrovi and Nathalie Paiva as a sustainable floating architecture example imagined for Biscayne Bay in Miami. The floating mansion maintains a solar-powered construction thanks to a series of solar awning across the deck areas, which would power the electric propulsion system. A series of four hydraulic spuds raise the structure out of the water and enhance stability from waves.

The 'ArkHaus' is expected to be finished in the fourth quarter of 2022 and will consist of four luxury villas with a salt water pool in the middle for residents to share. Each of the villas are luxuriously appointed with near-360-degree views of the surrounding landscape throughout the living room, bedrooms and kitchen.
