The Arizona Life Sciences Building is a Marvel of Passive Design

Considering how I'm already a big fan of large-scale construction projects that make the most of eco design technology, I'm particularly inspired by the the Arizona Life Sciences Building, which manages to look amazing as well.

Featuring an imposing but awesome giant roof, the Arizona Life Sciences Building is the newest addition to the Paradise Valley Community College campus. Featuring some great passive design considerations (like having all of its classrooms on the west side of the building to make use of natural daylight), the building also makes use of rainwater recycling and natural air control to round out its eco credentials.
