Federico Babina Coverts The Style of Designers into Mazes

Illustrator Federico Babina's recent collection of illustrations creatively transform the style of famed designers into architectural labyrinths in a series entitled, 'ARCHIPLAN.' The images highlight 25 different floor plans inspired by designers and their personal tastes and aesthetics as a way to bring a new perspective to their craft.

The 'ARCHIPLAN' series strips down dimensional structures to be much more simplistic and focused on the design from the ground up. The images draw upon the distinguished style of deceased and living designers such as Zaha Hadid, Tadao Ando and Frank Gehry using the noteworthy characteristics of their architectural projects as the inspiration behind these conceptual mazes. For example, Hadid is well-known for embracing curves in her designs and so the 'HADID' maze is filled with many rounded twists and turns. Photo Credits: designboom, federicobabina
