Technical fashion label Stone Island released its latest range for Spring/Summer 2018 and this time the capsule is centered around an alligator camo print. The label's alligator camo collection involves much more intricate work than its previous offerings. The new collection requires hand-painted patterns, which is then followed by photographs, prints, along with a series of techniques and finally a six-color printing process -- this involves five pigmented colors and one colored polyurethane that's finished with a special raised rubberized effect.
The alligator camo capsule draws inspiration from the Polish military, due to its incorporation of the motif. The capsule's outerwear, sweaters and Bermudas are constructed from a lightweight blend of nylon, tela and cotton, mixed with monochromatic detailing.
