All Design will be the team responsible for building the Heliport Heights along the Thames river in London. The area is seeing quite a bit of redevelopment lately, and this tower is meant to fill in one of the empty spaces in the London skyline.
Instead of trying to cram as many apartment units into a space as possible, this residential building will be much more spacious. Each person will have their own floor with two balconies, along with access to the rooftop terrace and lounging area. A total of 15 floors will be built, which is not excessive, and will hopefully allow the residences to get to know one another more so than usual.
