Nine Elms' No.18 Was Specifically Created to Pair Well with Meals

No.18 is a new alcohol-free drink that was created by London-based Nine Elms to complement food. According to Nine Elms, this non-alcoholic beverage appeals to a broad range of people, including those who choose not to drink and others who are simply looking to limit their consumption of alcohol. As Nine Elms' co-founder Simon Rucker states: "We believe Nine Elms successfully bridges the divide between alcoholic and non-alcoholic products, and for the first time, offers a truly inclusive experience that brings people of all backgrounds and beliefs together."

The flavor-focused alcohol-free drink boasts a blend of four different types of berries and 20 different flowers, herbs and spices. Originally, the drink was created to be the perfect companion to a medium-rare steak but Nine Elms soon discovered just how well its disruptive non-alcoholic beverage pairs with everything from roasted vegetables to other kinds of meat.
