College Humor illustrated what they think alcohol mascots would look like. Imagine cereal-like cartoons representing your favorite liquor. Tony the Tiger actually slurs his "greaaaat" because he is drunk off of tequila. How did we not realize that before?
Other mascots include a rad-looking bat named PartyBat for what seems like Bacardi rum; his motto is, "you don't need sight to party all night." An ad similar to Budweiser beer shows drunk 'Uncle Bud' who happens to be a horse. He states, "Hey Bud, how about another beer for your Uncle Bud." And my personal favorite is Great Aunt Geraldine for Gin; she says it "Tastes like your deceased husband is still in the room."
If it works for cereal, why can't cartoon mascots work for other products? It would surely attract attention or at least get a chuckle out of the consumers.
