77 Foods' New Bacon Product is Quick to Prepare and Healthy to Consume

77 Foods has spent over two years developing a plant-based animal fat fit for use in plant-based meats, now it has perfected this recipe and launched its '77 Foods Bacon.' This bacon is made out of 100% plant-based products right down to its mock animal fat. 77 Foods noted that most plant-based bacons were lacking in flavor and authenticity because they did not incorporate fat into the food. The vegan bacon alternative that the brand created is also eight times lower in saturated fat than its competitors.

During its testing phase, 77 Foods' bacon products were preferred over other vegan bacons roughly 92% of the time. On top of this, the brand has stated that many consumers thought they were genuinely eating pork-based bacon. The bacon that 77 Foods offers is currently unavailable for purchase by the regular consumer, as it is only available for restaurants and service locations through the supply chain.

77 Foods has been looking to partner with more businesses for advertising, distribution, and incorporation of its plant-based bacon, animal fat, and larder products.
