5+design Designs a Commercial Center That's a Mini Urban Centre

Everyone complains that shopping malls aren't big enough but that won't be the case with the Dragon Valley Retail District by 5+Design as it will be a miniature city dedicated solely to shopping.

This design is meant to be located in Seoul, South Korea, where shoppers can shop under hovering sky scrapers with 500,000 square meters of underground shopping space. This massive commercial area spans over ten city blocks linked together by bridges, landscaped plazas and beautified streets.

The shopping center stretches five kilometers and is divided into three sections: high-end collections, sports stores and a university department store region. International practice 5+Design surrounds this shopping haven with dramatic water features, gardens, outdoor restaurants, public gathering spots and amphitheaters.
