432 Park Avenue Reconceptualizes Living in a Traditional Apartment

Inspired by a theme that aims to recreate the feeling of living in a traditional New York apartment on Park Avenue, Rafael Viñoly of New York City firm Rafael Viñoly Architects has designed a 104 residence tower called 432 Park Avenue located in New York City. The residential building is set for completion by 2015 and will be New York's tallest residence, constructed to a height of 1, 396 feet.

New York based architect and designer Deborah Berke focused on the interior design elements of the structure. Her vision of the interior spaces offer fully functional yet luxuriously expansive spaces with large glass panels that offer a panoramic view to the city below.

The position of the furniture, the flooring and the rooms all work to enhance the overall visual aesthetics of the apartment balanced by the stunning skyline of New York City.
