"Like most bicycles it operates by sprockets and a chain, but instead of pedals and a crank mechanism you'll find a frame mounted lever style crank that has a skateboard-like platform mounted on top of it. Beneath is a standard sprocket with a rotating pin wheel that fits into a track on the underside of the aforementioned frame mounted lever."
