Festive Cranberry Entrees

Zoup! is Celebrating the Holidays with Cranberry-infused Dishes

To celebrate the 2017 holiday season, the popular QSR chain Zoup! is offering two festive new menu items. In addition to a selection of seasonal soups, the chain will offer the Turkey Berry Brie Sandwich and Cranberry Goat Cheese Salad from now through December 31st.

The star of the Zoup! festive offerings is cranberry, which is a classic holiday flavor. The Turkey Berry Brie Sandwich consists of toasted bread topped with turkey, Brie cheese, sliced apple, and a tasty cranberry chutney. Similarly, the Cranberry Goat Cheese Salad combines dried cranberries with spring mix, romaine lettuce, goat cheese, toasted walnuts, apple slices, and a sweet cranberry vinaigrette. As Zoup! founder and CEO Eric Ersher explains, "With classic holiday flavors of turkey, cranberry and apple, these new menu items are just right for this time of year."
