Sustainable Glue-Free Shoes

The Zero-X No-Glue Shoe is Made Without Chemical Adhesives

Twisted X's Zero-X No-Glue Shoe is touted as the brand's most sustainable shoe yet, as it avoids the use of toxic chemical adhesives. The footwear designs that can be found in the Zero-X collection make the most of Twisted X's proprietary interlocking, double-stitching system, which is said to eliminate "75% of the harsh environmental issues created with traditional footwear."

The Zero-X No-Glue Shoe, which has been in development for years, is true to its name. As Twisted X CEO, Prasad Reddy says, "When we were challenged and told that we had to have a little glue on the footbed and shoe lining, we kept trying and worked to ensure this no-glue shoe means no glue, not even one drop."

The light and breathable footwear features ecoTWX uppers made from recycled water bottles.
