To keep holiday travelers calm and content instead of being stressed to no end, Denver International Airport created a 'Zen Room' that got travelers goats — literally. The playful, specially built space offered up select passengers a round of goat yoga, which is a yoga session where a small flock of goats hang around and enjoy the calming experience.
Denver International Airport built the Zen Room out of whole cloth ahead of the holidays, and during the peak travelling time, staff searched out families and solo travelers with long layovers. They were then invited to a guided yoga and meditation session among a collection of goats from the nearby 'Just Kidding' goat farm.
The pop-up not only surprised and delighted the travelers, but it helped them to forget about the boredom and stresses of traveling during the holidays.
