The Zen Circus Chair Provides a Convenient Way to Work Out

As the Zen Circus chair proves, you don't need a traditional mat to get in a good yoga workout. Created by Alexia Moisan, Kevin Geffroy and Caroline Kermarrec, this interesting chair and hammock hybrid provides the user with a convenient way to practice yoga while at the same time functioning as a sleek and chic piece of furniture for the home.

The designers were inspired by anti-gravity yoga and created the hanging Zen Circus chair to enable users to do a variety of yoga-inspired exercises in the absence of gravitational effects. People can use the chair to tone their muscles, improve their flexibility through stretching exercises and also perform "acrobatic movements" in the comfort of their own home. When the Zen Circus chair isn't being used for yoga, it can be used as a hammock for kicking back and relaxing.
