Wayfair and Big Sister Boston are Inspiring & Empowering Young Women

In partnership with Big Sister Association of Greater Boston, Wayfair is launching a workplace mentoring program at its Boston-based headquarters. In 2020, "little sisters" from Josiah Quincy Upper School will be welcomed to Wayfair's office to learn and benefit from mentoring activities.

The program supporting young women is designed to support the social-emotional development and academic success of the ninth and 10th grade girls, who not only have the potential to be inspired to pursue careers and leadership roles but will get a taste of a real working environment. Volunteers from Wayfair will be matched with girls for one-to-one mentoring to support not just a young individual's learning and success but the community as a whole.
