With Yale Locks' new door-locking application, you can use your BlackBerry to unlock your door. There is no actual key; after you run the application, you have 30 seconds to hold the phone up to the door to unlock it.
Further, if you need someone else to have access into your home, there is an option for you to transfer the digital "key" to another person via your phones. Another feature is the ability to configure the application so that the other person can only access the key between certain times.
