The XQ Scooter Features a Patterned Cladding of Solar Panels

The XQ Scooter was dreamed up as a response to the many environmental and infrastructural considerations that are putting pressure on urban transportation. Ricardo da Silva was looking to develop a conveyance that would be small, that would consume little fuel, that would take advantage of renewable energy and that would not require additional service stations to be built (such as solar parking structures and electric charging hubs).

A motorbike was born based on these criteria, and it's covered with hexagonal spots that soak up the sun's energy. The self-sustaining XQ Scooter would be inexpensive to own and easy to operate, plus it would house several storage compartments and the means to juice up your phone with its power too.
