The Wyze Lock Automates Entry for Authorized Users

The Wyze Lock has been unveiled by the smart home product brand as a new solution that will help to streamline the user experience and also shake up pricing expectations for next-generation solutions. Available now for preorder at $90, the lock features a very simple functionality and will utilize proximity technology to automatically unlock the door when an authorized user is walking towards it. The lock will automatically lock itself once it detects that the door is closed behind you to eliminate the need to manually secure it.

The Wyze Lock allows user to easily grant or revoke access to the home for friends, family and visitors via the accompanying smartphone app. The lock has been developed in partnership with Lockin and has been announced alongside the Wyze Lock Keypad.
