Even though offices are usually fairly low-risk environments, people are still prone to various work injuries. This infographic created by WolMed lists some of the more common 'Office Syndrome Symptoms.' This mostly consists of pain in a variety of body parts.

The chart lists work injuries including headaches, neck pain, back pain and shoulder pain. Luckily, it also offers suggestions for some stretches you can do while still sitting down that could help alleviate these aches and pains.
