JetBlue recently teamed up with Beecher's Handmade Cheese in order to offer in-flight wine and cheese pairings. While the airline has already wowed customers by serving rosé and healthy meals made from seasonal ingredients, now the company is offering a new way to dine in the sky.

The in-flight wine and cheese pairings will be available on JetBlue flights from New York City to California. The new menu will include three altitude-friendly wines that come in handy single-pour bottles. Each wine will be designed to pair with the four cheeses selected by Beecher's, including the Jamaican-Jerk-seasoned No Woman and the creamy Dutch Hollow Dulcet. All of the cheeses selected were chosen based on flavor profiles that translate best at 30,000 feet above the ground.
