These Minimal and Stackable Coffee Cups are Inspired by Brazilian Parrots

Spain-based graphic design company Rubio & del Amo created this set of wild bird cups and the branding for Brazilan company Salzillo Tea and Coffee.

The design pays tribute to the primolius maracaná parrot which is native to Brazil and an instantly recognizable symbol from the country. For the branding and decoration of the company's Maracana do Café, a minimal graphic approach was taken to simply and clearly depict the image of a wild Brazilian parrot.

These wild bird cups come in a number of different sizes, featuring understated yet colorful illustrations of green or yellow parrots. The beak of each bird is cleverly built into the design of each cup's handle. The unique design approach becomes even more striking and memorable once the square cups are stacked and arranged with one another for a memorable piece of company branding.
