Education is arguably the number one tool to raise people out of poverty and WiFli has made it their mission to ensure it takes place even in the most remote of areas. WiFli endeavors to bring universal Internet to the entire planet. Through such connectivity, people, especially those living in developing countries, will be able to become more aware of the world, their situation and how to stop the vicious cycle.
Starting in the Philippines, WiFli has set up a computer lab with WiFi access at a 1,300-student school. Although still in its early stages, with the help of local entrepreneurs, WiFli could very well introduce more expansive programs around the world.
WiFli was envisioned by Singularity University’s graduate studies program.
