The health and wellness series kicked off in mid-August and it will span six episodes featuring lifestyle influencers, life coaches, urban gardeners and more. With the series, viewers will be able to learn more about everything from workouts to cooking with a perspective that approaches health holistically. As Common shared with Deadline, "I believe deeply that the more at peace you are with yourself, the more love and compassion you are able to put out into the world."
