Mathery Studios recently uploaded a series of instructions on their Tumblr page on how to turn boring old ice cubes into rustic jewelry accessories. All you have to do is fill an ice tray up with water and drop a piece of string or a chain into the ice cube mold. As the water turns to ice, the string will freeze inside the cube creating a wearable icy bead. You can tie the string around your neck or wrist and enjoy to cooling sensation on your body as the ice beings to melt. To add some color, feel to put chromatic beads or add fun food coloring into the ice cube water.
