McCloy + Muchemwa Collaborates with Mitre & Mondays

Design studio Mitre & Mondays and architecture studio McCloy + Muchemwa are joining forces to bring a striking collection of wavy table designs to the design-mined individual. The capsule features some extremely playful and whimsical silhouettes that are bound to bring a smile to one's face.

Designed for the Out & About festival in Sheffield—an event "intended to support economic recovery in the northern English city"—the Mitre & Mondays x McCloy + Muchemwa project is called 'Partly Cloudy Tables.' From the name, one may guess that the wavy furniture is inspired by clouds.

Each unit has a unique shape and the London-based collaborators made sure that the tables are configurable and can fit each other like puzzle pieces. This enables "endless possibilities" for play in interior design.
