Collaborative Fashion Brand Furniture

visvim Menswear Worked with Herman Miller to Design a Chair

visvim menswear, a Japanese label, recently tried its hand at furniture design in a collaboration with Herman Miller for a magazine called Casa Brutus.

In its pages, the two brands combine to create a stunningly stylish chair, which is artfully adorned in high-end navy fabric and boasts a curvaceous structure. Although relatively simple, the level of detail gives the design depth that becomes more and more evident as it's viewed.

In addition to its presentation of the chair by Herman Miller and visvim menswear, Casa Brutus also presents a piece done by Arflex and N.HOLLYWOOD, as well as another done by Artek and sacai. In doing so, it shows how fashion design can translate to new mediums, making for a selection of unique furniture that comes from creators who consider it differently.
