'The Lonely West' was inspired by the vintage west where cowboys and Native Americans meet the formal black, with the latest trend this Fall/Winter 2011season. The look features numerous creative hats and head pieces.
Photographer Jerick Sanchez and makeup artist Lea Yosalina took the vintage west theme to also give tribute to the HAPAS, which is a term used to describe a person of mixed race, by featuring model Kevin Soriano with his look that gives justice to the western feel. The shoot took about three hours to build the whole thrust of the story, featuring the formal American brand Van Heusen.
