Vibes by Tinder Helps Gen Z Daters Express Themselves Better

Vibes by Tinder is a new in-app event that responds to the fact that Gen Z members tend to update their bios three times more often "to share more about themselves and find people that passed their vibe check." Now, this feature is giving members a new way to express themselves and connect with others who share similar sentiments.

As an in-app event, Vibes alerts members when there's a series of questions to answer and these may help them to share more about their personality or their pop culture knowledge. Vibes are displayed on members' profiles for 72 hours and when participating members match, they'll get a sense of others' vibes to spark conversations. Each event lasts just 48 hours but members come back again and again to the event.
