Manuel Dressmann's 'Vertical Garden' Turns Your Apartment into a Greenhouse

Manuel Dressmann is trying to give city dwellers a green thumb with his Vertical Garden concept. This design would entail growing your own crops inside your apartment or home. Tell me more, Mr. Dressmann.

The Vertical Garden would place plants behind a double glass facade. The plants would be watered and you could harvest them when they're ready. This would help to make homes more self-sustainable. I still don't trust the system, but I trust that the Vertical Garden is an awesome idea that needs to be put into action.
