Naomi Kizhner's Unique Jewelry Collection Line Uses Human Energy

Designer Naomi Kizhner created an unique jewelry collection that works with the human body. These futuristic pieces harness the body's natural movements and kinetic energy as electricity to propel various mechanisms inside the wearable pieces.

While most people enjoy jewelry for its aesthetic appeal, Kizhner takes a rather different approach by infusing the jewelry with the ability to harness energy. The collection, titled 'Energy Addicts,' is Kizhner's graduating project. The line includes a wearable nose ring that hooks onto an individual's nose between the eyes. The piece, called Blinker, comes onto the individual's eyelids and hardnesses the blinking movement. Other piece called the Blood Bridge can be inserted into the arm or back and uses the blood stream to propel a spinning wheel charm inside a glass tube.
