The 'Crossrail' Underground Line is Set to Open in 2018

The London Underground hasn't received a new addition the size of the 'Crossrail' underground line in about 40 or 50 years, which has contributed to the excitement around its completion.

Set to be named the Elizabeth Line, the 'Crossrail' has already been dotingly nicknamed the Lizzie Line by Londoners who are eager for the new line to unveil.

The 'Crossrail' rail link is at about 75% completion and new images of the stations have been released to the delight of commuters everywhere. Futuristic, stylish and modern, the underground line's new stations are set to be some of the best yet with a perfect balance of style and function being met.

The 'Crossrail' is set to start operating partially next year, but the whole line will see full service starting in December 2019 if all goes according to plan.
