Artistic Ping Pong Equipment

Uberpong Uses Design to Make Table Tennis More Eye-Catching

David Lowe is bringing artistry to the game of ping pong with his Uberpong paddles. The Uberpong line of ping pong paddles features creative and colorful images created by graphic artists and designers from around the world. Lowe says that the designer paddles are meant to change the way ping pong is perceived.

The images are put onto the paddles using UV digital flatbed printing. This process ensures that the image looks good without compromising the performance of the paddle. Like all good designers who are strapped for cash, Lowe took his Uberpong paddles to Kickstarter to seek some much-needed funding. Ping pong players were obviously tired of playing with bland paddles, as the project has surpassed its funding goal.
