ASOS is Offering an In-App Try-Before-You-Buy Feature with Klarna

In partnership with e-commerce payment service company Klarna, ASOS is now offering a new try-on service for consumers via its mobile app.

The new feature, which is available exclusively through the ASOS app, now makes it possible for consumers to place an order for items without having to pay for it. Users have 30 days to make a decision on the items they have received and have the option to return any goods that are not of interest.

The try-before-you-buy service specifically addresses an issue that its user base faces when shopping online. Unlike the experience of trying on garments in a store, shopping online can be costly upfront if a user wishes to try on multiple sizes, styles or colors and is not sure which one will be the best fit for their needs.
