Kids like to use LEGO to build cars, buildings and people, but the people behind the Transport for London (also known as TfL) used LEGO blocks to build a bus stop.
The brick bus stop was created to be a part of the London's public transportation celebration for the 'Year of the Bus.' It is aptly situated outside of Hamley's toy shop, which provided the LEGO and helped engineer the project, on London's Regent Street.
The bus stop, which is a full shelter, is secure and functional, despite boasting over 100,000 red, white and black LEGO bricks. Transit users can sit and wait for their bus without being scared of the structure crumbling apart and it will be serving the commuting community until July 15th.
