Tommaso Caldera Designs the Tull Lamp

Tommaso Caldera has designed the Tull Lamp, which takes inspiration from older "workshop suspension lamps, in which the light source is protected by a wire netting attached to a metal diffuser," states DesignBoom.

The light has thick aluminum wires running down on the sides of the illuminator, but they are all spaced quite far apart. While some may think this could be a safety hazard, if placed high enough in a room it shouldn't be a problem. Luckily for those who appreciate choice, the product comes in a few different colors, with some brighter than others. When looked at from another angle, the lights look similar to a bird cage, with a light hanging in the center instead of a live animal. Photo Credits: designboom, tommasocaldera.eu
