Cheap E'mo Electric is Light Weight and Looks Like A Golf Cart

The e’mo, which stands for "efficient mobility" and "electric motion" is another electric commuter cars that is on the drawing board.

The e’mo is a prototype that the designers from Stauffacherbenz, together with Rapperswil technical university in Switzerland, hope will be brought to market within the next year for a price of about $12,000.

Stefan Stauffacher of StauffacherBenz says "[we aren’t] focused on car-design, it was a really challenging project for our studio and we are proud of the result!"
